SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

SHIPPING

Orders ship within 3–5 business days of purchase with the exception of limited edition screen printed posters which may take 7-10 business days. Shipping times will be noted in the product listing for limited edition screen posters. Fulfillment times are estimated and not guaranteed

Shipping is available within the U.S. only.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the product and destination.
Orders ship via USPS or a comparable carrier, and include tracking and insurance.
A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are unable to modify addresses after an order has been placed. Orders shipped to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Delivery Times & Delays
Delivery times provided by carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed. The shop is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Proof of Delivery
Proof of delivery provided by the carrier (including GPS or photographic confirmation) will be considered conclusive evidence of delivery. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, the shop is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.

Packaging
Minor wear or cosmetic imperfections to packaging that do not affect the item itself (such as small dents or scuffs to mailing tubes) are not considered damage and do not qualify for replacement or refund.

Force Majeure 
The shop is not liable for delays or failure to fulfill orders due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters or postal disruptions.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Damaged Orders
All shipments are insured. If your item arrives damaged, please email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:
– The damaged item
– The packaging (inside and out)
– The shipping label

This documentation is required to process an insurance claim. Claims must be submitted promptly; delays beyond 48 hours may void eligibility for replacement or reimbursement. The shop will file the claim with the carrier or insurer on your behalf. Replacements or refunds are issued only after the claim is approved by the carrier or insurer.

Unclaimed / Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to being unclaimed, refused, or an incorrect address provided by the customer, the shop is not responsible for reshipping or refunding the order. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend unclaimed or returned packages.

Fraud & Disputes
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders suspected of fraud, abuse, or other unlawful activity. Any disputes will be governed by the laws of Massachusetts, U.S.A.
